“only when all employees work hard for company’s interests voluntarily, the company can develop well. “ VISION decided to take the saying from the founder Werner von Siemens as the design concept for its medical exhibition hall after deep research into the history and core values of SIEMENS.

SIEMENS MEDICAL was founded to help improve the health of SIEMENS employees. Based on its survival from World War Two as well as the contribution SIEMENS MEDICAL did in medical science and technology, we have condensed its corporate culture as ‘team spirit, innovation and endeavor’.

Based on the culture and SIEMENS’ own characteristics, VISION put together the exhibition plan of using migrant birds to symbolize its values throughout the whole exhibition area. Migrant birds are called ‘doctors in the forest’ for their help in maintaining the balance of eco system and protecting green in the nature. The persistence and perseverance as well as the team spirit which migrant birds are known for also perfectly reflect SIEMENS’ corporate culture.
